Copper River Salmon with Ginger Sauce was truly a 5-STAR experience. I was presently suprise to see such a unqiue dish in Alaska. Cooper River Salmon just melted in my mouth and ginger sauce added additional flavors. I would highly recommend this resturant to anyone visiting Valdez Alaska.
